I just got your blog link from Pam. So thrilled to “meet” Hannah’s family! I noticed on your timeline that you got your TA our first full day at New Day, we were in afternoon preschool that day and met your darling little girl. She has the most captivating eyes! I’d love to get Hannah and Daniel together sometime after you are home (I’m further east, but my mom and sister live in your city and we’re in town every other month or so). It will be fun to see if they recognize each other after being in preschool together for a while.

Hi, my name is Mandi and I am a fellow New Day parent. We brought Drew home last May. I am SO glad I found your blog. I have followed Hannah since she was taken into New Day and have prayed for her daily. She is a beautiful little girl.
Drew and Hannah have the same foster parents. They are wonderful people and quite fluent in the community. I can guarantee Hannah is being spoiled rotten (not sure if that is good or bad). Seriously though, they are wonderful people. THey ahve two older children (boy and girl). I know their daughter lives and works in Beijing and I think there son still lives at home, but is out of school. It was obvious for us they really loved Drew and cared for him as if he were their own.
I have some pictures of Hannah and Drew from when we were there getting Drew. Hannah had just been moved over to New Day from the baby home. I will go back through my pictures and get those to you if you want.
New Day is an amazing place and our children as well as us are so blessed to have been a part of thier home. The people there are amazing.
Oh, I also wanted to let you know Hannha and Drew are both from Hohhot too. Inner Mongolia is a beautiful place. We stayed at the Shangri La which is right in the middle of town.
We are hoping to bring home our 7th and final daughter by October. We have three bio, Blake is 14, Emma is 9, and Gabe is 6. We brought Mylee home from Jiangsu Province in May of 08. SHe is now 5. Drew is 5, and Jaxon who we also bought home last May just truned 15. Keliah is 9 and is waiting for us in Shandong Province.
You have a beautiful family and Hannah is going to make a great addition.
I can’t wait to follow your journey to China for Hannah.
